Let's Bake! - Lapis Sarawak & Tartlets

Lapis Sarawak Cake as bridal gift for my nephew's wedding.


My first class this year, 'Cafe Cakes', featuring Red Velvet Cake, Banofee Cake & Whoopie Pies, was snapped up within 2 hours after posting. I had to open a second class on 25th Feb 2012, which is fully booked too. I thank you for that!


Banofee Cake was the hot favourite recipe!

The recipes given are simplified yet flexible to suit the different cutter size/ patterns. - something that’s never taught at any other class!

You will Hands-on:
• Cover 2 tier cake with sugarpaste
• Decorating with sugarpaste - drapes, frills, flounces, cut out flowers & decorative techniques with fondant tools
• Decorate Cupcakes with fondant.
• Learn techniques on covering faults on covered cake and designing a wedding cake
• Get tips on types of cakes and fillings suitable for wedding cakes & assembling techniques
